What Route55 AI is

Route55 AI is a digital security guidance service. It explains settings, checks messages for signs of a scam, and walks you through steps to secure your phone and accounts.

What it is not

It is not legal, financial or medical advice, and it is not a replacement for the police, your bank, or official support from Apple, Google or Meta. If money is at risk or you are in danger, contact them directly.

Accuracy

Guidance is produced by an AI system and menu names change between phone models and software versions. Route55 AI will tell you when it is unsure, and it will never claim a device is hacked from a screenshot alone. Always use your own judgement before making changes.

Acceptable use

You may only use Route55 AI to protect devices and accounts that belong to you, or that you are authorised to manage. Do not use it to try to access anyone else's phone, messages or accounts.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it. Features may change or be withdrawn as the product develops.

Liability

Route55 AI is provided as guidance in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from actions you take based on that guidance.
